POLYMYXINS
Colistan (Сolistin)
Powder for solution for intravenous administration and inhalations 2,000,000 IU
Reliable choice in treatment of acquired microbial resistance. Especially active against gram-negative (-) bacteria. Most active against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella spp, Citrobacter spp. Used parenterally to treat severe lower respiratory tract and urinary tract infections in cases where widely used systemic antibiotics are ineffective due to the development of bacterial resistance. Inhalation administration is recommended for patients with cystic fibrosis.
InstructionColistat (Сolistin)
Powder for solution for intravenous administration 1 000 000 IU, 3 000 000 IU, 4 500 000 IU
Reliable choice in the treatment of acquired microbial resistance. Especially active against gram-negative (-) bacteria. Most active against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella spp, Citrobacter spp. .
InstructionCARBAPENEMS
Dorenem (Doripenem)
Powder for concentrate for solution for infusion 500 mg
Highly potent carbapenem antibiotic. Active against gram (+) and gram (-) aerobes and anaerobes. Several times more active than meropenem and imipenem/cilastatin against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Used to treat hospital-acquired pneumonia, including pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation; complicated intra-abdominal infections; complicated urinary tract infections, including complicated and uncomplicated pyelonephritis, including with concomitant bacteremia.
InstructionMeropenem-TF (Мeropenem)
Powder for solution for intravenous administration 500 mg, 1000 mg
Ultra-broad spectrum of antibacterial activity includes virtually all clinically significant gram (+) and gram (-) aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms. Non-neurotoxic. Used for de-escalation therapy of severe lower respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, abdominal infections, gynecological infections, skin and soft tissue infections, meningitis, septicemia, empirical therapy in patients with neutropenia, as monotherapy or in combination with antiviral or antifungal medicinal products.
InstructionImicinem-TF (Imipenem/cilastatin)
Powder for concentrate for solution for infusion500 mg/500 mg
Gold standard of monotherapy of severe infections in in inpatient settings. Active against a wide range of gram (+) and gram (-) aerobes, most of anaerobes. Used in the treatment of severe polymicrobial infections of the lower respiratory tract, urinary tract infections, abdominal infections, gynecological infections, skin and soft tissue infections, bone and joint infections, endocarditis.
InstructionErtapenem-TF (Ertapenem)
Lyophilisate for concentrate for solution for infusion 1000 mg
Ertapenem is a synthetic parenteral carbapenem with a broad spectrum of activity against many gram-positive and gram-negative aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, as well as microorganisms producing extended-spectrum beta-lactamases. A longer half-life than other carbapenems and a favorable safety profile allow ertapenem to be effectively used once daily in adults as monotherapy for the treatment of complicated intra-abdominal infections, community-acquired pneumonia, pelvic infections, complicated skin and soft tissue infections, complicated urinary tract infections.
InstructionGLYCOPEPTIDES
Teicoplanin-TF (Teicoplanin)
Powder for solution for intravenous and intramuscular administration 200 mg, 400 mg
Proven, highly effective glycopeptide antibiotic for systemic use. Has bactericidal activity against a wide range of aerobic and anaerobic gram (+) bacteria, multiresistant nosocomial strains, including the vanB phenotype of VRE. Can be used once daily as a intramuscular or intravenous bolus injection. Characterized by low nephrotoxicity and favorable tolerability. Used to treat severe infections of the respiratory and urinary tract, skin and soft tissues, bones and joints, septicemia, endocarditis, peritonitis, pseudomembranous colitis. (Instruction)
InstructionVancomycin-TF (Vancomycin)
Powder for solution for infusion 500 mg, 1000 mg
The first representative of the glycopeptide group. Highly active against a wide range of gram (+) microorganisms, including methicillin-resistant strains. Used to treat endocarditis, sepsis, skin and soft tissue infections, bone and joint infections (including osteomyelitis), CNS infections (including meningitis), lower respiratory tract infections, pseudomembranous colitis.
InstructionMACROLIDES
Claribaccin (Clarithromycin)
Lyophilisate for concentrate for solution for infusion 500 mg
One of the most active in vitro macrolide antibiotics. Due to intravenous administration, it creates high concentrations in the blood, tissues and cells, exceeding the MIC for the main pathogens of upper and lower respiratory tract infections. The medicinal product of choice for the treatment of streptococcal infections and the first-line agent for the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia of mild course in adults and children. Used in the treatment of upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as in infectious diseases of skin and soft tissues.
InstructionOTHER ANTIBACTERIALS
Fosfomycin-TF (Fosfomycin)
Powder for concentrate for solution for infusion 0.5 g, 2.0 g
A broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic effective against many gram (+) and gram (-) aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms, including multiple-resistance (MDR) and extreme-resistance (XDR) isolates. Indicated for use in all age groups of the population for the treatment of serious infections: hospital-acquired pneumonia, including ventilator-associated pneumonia, infective endocarditis, bacterial meningitis, complicated urinary tract infections, complicated abdominal infections, complicated soft tissue and skin infections, bone and joint infections, bacteremia possibly associated with any of the above infections. The small size of the molecule allows Fosfomycin to penetrate the blood-brain barrier and into biofilms.
